He didn't quote us an unusually low number only to add more costs throughout, and he was also always respectful of our budget. He is extremely fair-minded, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. We both noticed that he uses sub-trades that are all excellent and keep the site safe and clean.

Todd promised to finish the project on our wedding anniversary right before Christmas - and he kept to that promise.

Todd has great competence, integrity and reliability. He does not advocate for any costlier choices that do not provide any added benefit, instead he explains to you why the simpler choice is as good or better than the pricier option. (and you save thousands). He keeps his word, if he says it will be done in a week, he finishes it on time and on budget.

Todd was very easy to work with and very accessible during the renovation. He was there every step of the way from the beginning and he even cleaned up and manicured the beach area before we took possession at no extra cost.

All in all we would certainly refer Todd and his team as they were a pleasure to deal with, and the cottage was even completed a week early!
